Vipra assist You providing a loan for buying a House or Flat or Commercial Shop from Builder of your choice or from an Individual seller. The purpose of the loan is to serve the MSME Segment to live their dream of having their own new house or shop or renovate the existing ones.

Tenure:

84 months to 180 months, based on loan amount

Amount:

Loan amount up to Rs.25,00,000

Eligibility:

Customer should be more than 21 years of age but not more than 65 years at the time of loan maturity.
Borrower should have bank account
Borrower should be residing in a city where Vipra’s Office is located.
All the owners of the property being financed and all Individual whose income has been considered for the loan have to be the co-applicants to the loan.

Documents Required:

Vipra requires the standard KYC documents along with duly filled application forms to get started

Application Form with all required details filled in. Identity proof such as Pan Card, Voters ID Card, Passport
Address proof such as electricity bill, ration card, Gas Connection etc.,
Income Proof documents
1 Year Bank Pass book or Bank Statement
Property documents, if Property identified.
